Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on the FleetGS website (www.fleetgs.com) and on the FleetGS web platform, which are operated by Rapid Dev Ltd (trading as FleetGS).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves to your browser when you visit. They're used to remember things — like keeping you logged in, saving your preferences, or understanding how you use the site.
Cookies set by the website you're visiting are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by other services embedded in the page (such as a chat widget or analytics provider) are called third-party cookies. We also use similar browser-storage technologies (such as localStorage) to remember settings without setting a cookie — these are covered by the same rules.
2. Cookies on the FleetGS marketing website (www.fleetgs.com)
Essential (Strictly Necessary)
These cookies and storage items are required for the website to function and to remember your privacy choices. They do not require consent under UK PECR.
Third-party cookies (chat widget)
We embed a chat widget from LeadConnector (HighLevel) so visitors can talk to us. The widget may set cookies in your browser to maintain your chat session and to identify you across page loads. We have no control over those cookies. For details, see HighLevel's privacy policy.
Analytics & marketing cookies
We do not currently set any analytics or marketing cookies on the marketing website. If we add product analytics in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent through the cookie banner before any non-essential cookie is set.
3. Cookies on the FleetGS web platform (after you log in)
Once you are signed in to your FleetGS account, we use the following cookies and storage items to keep you logged in and to remember your settings:
Essential (Strictly Necessary)
Functional
Analytics (consent-based)
With your consent (which you can grant or withdraw from your account settings), we use PostHog to understand how you use the platform. PostHog data is stored on European Union infrastructure. The data collected is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. The FleetGS mobile app
The FleetGS mobile app does not use HTTP cookies. It uses secure on-device storage to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. Analytics and session replay in the mobile app are governed by an in-app consent prompt; see our Privacy Policy for details.
5. How to manage your cookie preferences
Cookie banner
When you first visit our website, you'll see a cookie banner. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can clear your choice and see the banner again by clearing your browser's storage for this site.
Browser settings
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. You can block all cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is saved. Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to FleetGS.

6. Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy as our use of cookies changes. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or our cookie banner.
