Pricing questions
What counts as a 'vehicle' for billing purposes?
Any active vehicle in your fleet — vans, HGVs, plant machinery, or trailers that are tracked. You can archive vehicles you no longer use at any time and they won't count toward your billing.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. All plans are monthly rolling by default. We also offer annual plans with a discount of up to 20% — speak to our team for a quote.
Can I switch plans as my fleet grows?
Yes. Our team will help you adjust your setup as your fleet grows. Mobile-only plans scale by vehicle band; integrated tracker fleets can add vehicles and users as needed.
Are there any setup fees?
Mobile-only tracking has no hardware or installation costs. Integrated tracker setups include device and installation costs shown in your quote. There are no hidden onboarding fees.
Do you offer charity or not-for-profit discounts?
Yes. We offer a 25% discount for registered charities and not-for-profit organisations. Contact us with your charity number to apply.

Do I need to install new hardware in my vehicles?
No. If you already use RAM Tracking, Teltonika, or GeoTab, your existing hardware connects directly to FleetGS. For fleets without hardware, our phone-based tracking app works on any Android or iOS device. You can also mix and match.
How long does setup take?
Most customers are fully live within 30 minutes. Our onboarding team will walk you through connecting your existing trackers, importing your vehicle and driver data, and configuring your compliance alerts. There's no lengthy IT project.
How do I get started?

Can I export my data?
Absolutely. All your vehicle, driver, job, and compliance data can be exported to CSV, Excel, or PDF at any time. You own your data and can take it with you — no lock-in.
What happens if I go over my vehicle limit?
We'll let you know and work with you to move to the right plan — we won't cut off access to live data. Plans can be upgraded instantly from your dashboard.
Is FleetGS GDPR compliant?
Yes. FleetGS is built for UK businesses and is fully GDPR compliant. Driver location data is used only for legitimate fleet management purposes, with configurable privacy windows (e.g. tracking paused outside working hours). We are registered with the ICO.
How does FleetGS help with DVSA compliance?
DVSA sets the rules; you remain responsible for meeting them. FleetGS helps you run the day-to-day evidence operators need: dated vehicle walkaround checks, defect workflows, maintenance and MOT reminders, driver licence and tachograph-related records where you use those features, and exportable history if you are asked to show what was checked and when.
