How do I set up the RAM Tracking integration?
During FleetGS onboarding, you enter your RAM Tracking API credentials in the integration settings. Your vehicles appear in FleetGS automatically. The whole setup process typically takes under 30 minutes, and our team walks you through it at no extra cost.
Does the integration work with all RAM Tracking hardware models?
The FleetGS integration works via the RAM Tracking API, which covers the majority of their current hardware range. If you have an older or unusual RAM Tracking configuration, contact us before signing up and we'll confirm compatibility.
Do I still pay my RAM Tracking subscription separately?
Yes. Your RAM Tracking hardware subscription continues as normal — FleetGS is an additional software layer that uses the data your hardware produces. FleetGS pricing is separate: £45/month for up to 10 vehicles, £129/month for up to 40 vehicles, or £299/month for up to 200 vehicles.
Can I use FleetGS without RAM Tracking if I want to switch?
Yes. FleetGS also supports Teltonika and GeoTab hardware integrations, and includes phone-based tracking via the driver app. If you want to switch away from RAM Tracking hardware in the future, FleetGS continues to work with alternative hardware or phone-based tracking.
