How to connect a device
Log in to FleetGS
Open your account at app.fleetgs.com.
Go to Settings → Tracking integrations
Connect Teltonika, then open Manage devices to add trackers.
Enter the IMEI
Add each device using the IMEI number on the tracker label and link it to the matching vehicle.
Start tracking
Once the device is online, live positions and trips appear on your FleetGS map.
Device PIN (coming soon)
Every FleetGS-supplied Teltonika device will have a unique PIN printed on the label. You will enter the IMEI and PIN when adding the device — an extra security layer so only your hardware can connect to your account.

How does the Teltonika integration with FleetGS work?
Log in to FleetGS, go to Settings → Tracking integrations, connect Teltonika, then add each device with its IMEI number and link it to a vehicle. Once connected, live GPS, trip history, and — on supported FMC150 setups — fuel, AdBlue, and odometer appear in your dashboard.
Which Teltonika devices are compatible with FleetGS?
FleetGS supports Teltonika FMB and FMC series trackers. We commonly deploy FMC880, FMC920, and FMC150 units for UK fleets — see our tracker comparison page for model differences and FMC150 CAN vehicle compatibility.
What is the device PIN?
Each FleetGS-supplied Teltonika device will include a unique PIN printed on the label. When you add a device in Settings, you will enter the IMEI and this PIN as an extra security layer so only your hardware can connect to your account. PIN pairing is rolling out soon — today you add devices by IMEI.
Does the Teltonika integration require a new SIM or data plan?
No. Trackers use the SIM and mobile data already in the device. You do not need a separate subscription or middleware to connect to FleetGS.
Can I get fuel level and AdBlue from Teltonika devices?
Yes, on supported setups. The FMC150 can read fuel, AdBlue, CAN odometer, and other parameters over the vehicle CAN bus. FMC880 and FMC920 provide GPS tracking and driver behaviour without vehicle fuel-level or CAN data — choose the FMC150 when you need CAN telematics. What additional features does FleetGS add on top of Teltonika tracking?
Teltonika provides GPS and telematics hardware. FleetGS adds the fleet management layer: driver profiles and licence tracking, MOT and maintenance alerts, digital walkaround checks, job dispatch, GPS timesheets, and a driver mobile app — all in the same dashboard as your live map.
Can I use a mix of Teltonika and other hardware in the same FleetGS account?
Yes. FleetGS supports mixed fleets. You can run Teltonika trackers on some vehicles, RAM Tracking or Geotab on others, and phone-based tracking elsewhere — all in one account.
