Can I attach documents or instructions to a job?
Yes. You can attach files, notes, and specific instructions to any job. This is useful for delivery manifests, site access codes, hazard information, or customer contact details that the driver needs on arrival.
How is job completion verified?
When a driver marks a job as complete in the app, FleetGS records the GPS location and timestamp at the moment of completion. Drivers can also add a photo of completed work and a customer signature. This gives you a verifiable completion record for every job.
